-
Medical Mission
Medicine, supplies and care for the next medical mission to Cameroon.
-
Patient Support
Transport to treatment, palliative care and funds for diagnosis and treatment. Patients receive 100% of gifts made for patient care.
-
CASEC Crowns

-
Crisis Support
When a crisis strikes, we connect victims with resources and send medical and surgical supplies, and funding when needed, to the local teams caring for them.
Volunteer
Give your time, all year round
We run many programs besides the missions, so volunteers are needed all year: visiting patients, teaching about cancer, helping at walks and events, and sorting donated wigs. Physicians, surgeons, nurses and pharmacists can also give a week on a medical mission.

This medical mission is by far the highlight of my year!! I have volunteered many times in the US in health outreach programs but this time it was so different because of the response and the number of people who showed up.

Being in a country where volunteerism is a novice idea, my first impressions about the CASEC mission organized by the Patcha Foundation were nothing short of awe and admiration. I felt very privileged to be accepted as a volunteer in the 2015 medical mission.
